The professional liability insurance for lawyers is held with R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG (Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden). The insurance coverage meets at least the requirements of § 51 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).

The professional title "Attorney" is awarded through a special admission procedure by the competent bar association according to German legal norms. Our lawyers are members of the Berlin Bar Association (Littenstraße 9, 10179 Berlin).
The lawyers practice their profession according to the regulations of the BORA and the BRAO. Additionally, the CCBE Professional Rules (Professional Rules of Lawyers of the European Union) apply.
The statutory fees of lawyers are governed by the Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG).

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution. Responsible are the regional Bar Association (§ 73 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 i.V.m. § 73 Abs. 5 BRAO) or the conciliation body of the Bar Association at the Federal Bar Association (§ 191 f. BRAO).
